STEVE HUGHES - President & Chief Executive Officer
Steve has contributed to the success of many software companies and immediately prior to joining OILspace, he was CEO of Carnegie Information Systems, a provider of highly customizable CRM software solutions. Prior to Carnegie, Steve was the Vice President of International Operations of Europe for YOUcentric, which was purchased by J D Edwards (since acquired by Peoplesoft, now Oracle). At YOUcentric, along with building the company's operations from scratch in the UK and Europe, he participated in the company's IPO, merger and acquisitions activities. He gained significant exposure to the process, and built relationships within both the software and investment community that he has sustained and strengthened since.
Steve has also built relationships and business partnerships with key executives within CGEY, PWC and others. Prior to YOUcentric, Steve served on the management teams at POINT Informations Systems, Seer Technologies and Legent Corporation.

AMIR KAZMI - Senior Vice President of Global Sales
Amir Kazmi began his tenure at OILspace in 2005 as the head of sales for the EMEA region, and is now Senior Vice President of Global Sales for OILspace. His experience and success in IT and in the Process Industry software and consultancy sector are vital in leading the company's international Commercial Team to meet aggressive growth goals through its energy supply chain management applications and strategies. Formerly Amir Kazmi was with supply chain management and business-to-business specialist i2 Technologies, where he helped build i2's presence in the Process Industry sector and in particular in the Global Energy, Petrochemicals and metals industries in his five years there. With almost 20 years experience in both software and consultancy businesses, Amir Kazmi also worked at Oracle and Aspect Development where he focused on building new business in the oil and energy sectors, and with leading firms Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse. He has degrees from the London School of Economics BSc in Economics, Accounting and Finance.

ED SHNAYDER - VP of Engineering
Ed Shnayder is VP of Engineering at OILspace. Ed leads a talented team of developers in advancing the evolution of OILspace's portfolio of software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings. He plays a key role in licensing, acquiring and building the technologies that will take the company forward into new applications and market areas. OILspace's services-oriented-architecture (SOA) is already a generation ahead of traditional client server applications. Ed has a more than 20-year track record in the software business, most recently as principal applications architect and director of strategic projects at Vitria Technology where he spent nine years working with Fortune 500 customers. Prior to that, he was principal architect at TIBCO (Teknekron) working on distributed and real time systems, and held senior positions at Thompson Financial and Computran. Ed holds MSc degrees in computer science and applied mathematics.
