
Customer Support/Service Delivery Executive
Houston & London Positions Available
Customer support personnel are required invited to join our rapidly expanding global organisation to be based in our London or Houston offices. You will play a key role in the customer support team responsible for servicing key accounts and ensuring a premium and professional level of service is delivered at all times. You will be working closely with our technical support team and customers acting as a key liaison and soft skills trainer. Regular tasks will include service reviews, on-site customer-care and training visits, product training via WebEx, performance reporting and account management.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer support role in a technology service environment.
- Demonstrable track record of first class customer service.
- Sound technical skills with underlying understanding of the ASP environment and java-based technology.
- Ability to translate complex technical information and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills Mathematical finesse, with strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Confident and helpful personality.
- Effective problem solving skills from diagnosis to resolution.
- Ability and willingness to occasionally work late hours under pressure.
- Excellent academic and training record. Exceptional English language skills.
A working knowledge of the following is desirable:
- Salesforce.com
- Webex
- Data feed market delivery on mobile devices

- A pragmatic problem-solver, dedicated to resolving issues for the customer.
- A friendly and productive team player.
You will work with an international client base and report directly to the EMEA Sales Manager.
